They’re great until you wake up on a Saturday and they have pulled an un authorized $200 from your bank account after you’ve verified your appointment is $10. Then their billing service has no customer service and their messaging service has been shut down. Great start for the weekend - especially for a mental health provider.

Serious consumer fraud! I paid out of my own pocket, including the first outpatient visit and blood test report, but I received 300 bills from the blood test center again and again. I called countless times, but no one answered or they just gave me a perfunctory answer! I also took the bill to the clinic, and they took all the bills and promised to deal with it, but the fact is that they did not deal with the bills, chose to ignore and defraud me. I suggest you do you research before coming here. After paying for yrs for a direct patient program. They magically terminated it last month. Then wanted 150 for a single teleheath visit. Then when I was a bit taken back. They charged me $100 to cancel. Total disbelief on how unprofessional a “dr” office can be. No one answers the phone. If you set up an appointment with them be ready to pay if you go to the appt or not. Really a shame. Hope they can figure it out. I called to cancel an appointment because we would be unable to make the appointment time (flat tires happen) and was informed that I will be charged a $100 no-show fee. Thank goodness we just had a flat and nothing serious, say like an accident enroute. We will not be returning, ever.
