Glasses prescriptions can be good for two years, unless a doctor makes it only good for one year for a medical reason. This practice makes glasses prescriptions expire after 1 year as default. This creates the need for unneeded medical screenings, expenses, and timelines to getting basic glasses. I would avoid this practice as a result, to save the frustration and added cost this medically unnecessary policy creates.
Scheduling was a nightmare. I scheduled my first appointment via text and when I showed up they had no record of my appointment and I had to show them proof in my text messages. When I rescheduled, I missed my appointments because the appointment reminders are sent 3 days prior to the appointment. Everyone else I do business with sends them the day prior, and I opt in for them so I can rely on them. Negates the purpose if they can’t be relied upon. Dr. Klautzsch is great and very thorough. The staff is excellent and helpful and the appointments are very efficient - on time with little if any waiting. Highly recommend!
