They scratched both lenses of my glasses during my first & last exam and wouldn’t own up to the obvious fact that they were responsible for the damage. Instead of doing the right thing and replacing them they said it couldn’t have been them. Super sketchy indeed.
I went in to get contacts, and they charged me $100 for two weeks of contacts and a trial on how to use them. After two failed fitting appointments, I wanted to take the 2 weeks of contacts home to practice and return when I was comfortable. They told me that was not allowed because of company policy. I simply asked for a refund if I couldn’t get the product that I originally paid for. They would not consider this, so I ended up leaving with no contacts and no refund. Very disappointing.
Such a kind doctor and very thorough during the exam. He explained everything he was doing and also gave me great recommendations for keeping my eyes healthy. The front desk staff were also very kind and helpful! Thank you all for the great experience.
I had a very good experience with Dr. Klautzsch. He took the time to explain exactly what’s happening with my eyes without being rushed or condescending. His demeanor and communication style are excellent. I trust him with my vision care and plan to bring my kids here as well. Highly recommend.
Dr Klautzsch is great! He does an awesome job explaining things and their office manager did a wonderful job explaining my insurance benefits.
