I am absolutely disgusted by this company. Around 4:00 PM 1/5/2026, while exiting St. Mary’s Christian School, Lake Cook Road was completely backed up with traffic. I was following the designated parent exit procedure, pulling onto the shoulder that is clearly meant for parents to merge safely. I had my children in the back seat. Out of nowhere, a man driving like a maniac—apparently affiliated with All Family Plumbing—came speeding up behind me trying to bypass stopped traffic and nearly rear-ended my car. Amazing service! We called Thursday evening and they were able to send someone Friday morning. The plumbers (Don and Shawn) were so helpful, clean, and determined to find the problem. They stayed calm and kept great humor throughout the call. The service operators were super nice and friendly too.

John and his crew were great! My sewer line was full of roots and starting to back up into my house. The company that I had been using for the last 3 years refused to come out because they said I didn't live in a convenient enough location for them to continue to service me. Then I was in a bind, but John talked to me, I explained my situation and how the other company kept me waiting almost 3 weeks and then refused to come. John came the next day to help me out. Drive like lunatics. Followed my elderly mother into a gas station parking lot then came up to the window and yelled at her. Called her a racist name. We will be filing a police report.

Beware of con artists posing as plumbers. This group cannot be trusted. Don’t believe me. Consider how a 3.8 Google review came to be. It’s no accident. Save yourself the grief.
