Amazing experience. Clean. Friendly welcoming. Clear and detailed communication. Detailed examination and clear precise care plan including out of pocket cost with insurance. Highly recommended.
If you’re looking for an express service. This is just the place. It was a quick in and out dental cleaning. However, there are some negative impressions. The waiting area is small and outdated with an uncomfortable bench. The staff is kind but not trying to get to know you genuinely. The atmosphere is more of a doctor/patient care than a family vibe. Dr. Qadri and team have demonstrated that patient comfort and understanding of procedures is their focus. I have had cleanings and fillings here- the staff has been very courteous and knowledgeable every time I have come. All charges are clearly explained before procedures. If something is needed mid-appointment, they will find out the cost and check if it’s ok. They are also sensitive to patients who are nervous or have low pain thresholds. Very supportive and work with you. Highly recommended.
Ive been having a hard time finding a good dentist to fix my soon chipped tooth. Dr. Medina is the absolute best. She calm, informational, and wonderful at her job. She will be our forever dentist.
