Absolutely awful. They kept saying we needed a preauthorization, then our insurance would say they didn’t, then they would cancel the appointment, reschedule it, then we would do it all again. There isn’t another local place that accepts our insurance so unfortunately we need to keep coming here.

So I been traveling pretty far to see this dentist paid for dentures and was told that what I had was just temporaries , I knew nothing about the whole denture procedure come to find out almost a year later that I’m stuck with these temporaries, unless I wanna pay a whole different huge price , I feel like I was led to believe something that wasn’t a reality at all . My appointment was in the summer was I July 2025, a month after I had given birth. I got there early, and then waited 3 hours for service between being moved from the waiting room to a chair. My partner and newborn were waiting for me and had to go home. I watched the staff come and go and walked passed my open room eating cupcakes. One of them made a comment that they shouldn't be eating in front of patients, but ignored me. No one apologized or told me what was happening. I wish I walked out. All Family Dental and Braces is lovely. My children needed a cleaning and check up and All Family Dental was available to take them. Upon arrival, the receptionist was friendly and checked us in promptly. I didn’t have to fill out any paperwork because I completed all the documents on my phone when I booked the appointment. The dental hygienists were so attentive with each of my children and made sure they were comfortable the entire time. I genuinely appreciate the extra care. Amazing experience, I've taken both my kids there with one being on the spectrum . Staff was amazing with both of them and they have resources and knowledge regarding referrals.
