Kelly was late 98% of appointments. They constantly tried to charge me $200 rather then $10 therefore I wouldn’t put a card on file after months of just waiting on the invoice to correct itself in my emails I would then go in and pay Apple Pay then they decided to not see me anymore because I refused to give them a credit card (I don’t even own one) . I’m not going to give a card on file when I will be overcharged every single time. They said it was Alma but the same thing happened to my mom and it’s the front desk not Alma.
Very pleasant experience Caring and considerate
I have been seeing a mental health provider for many years and nobody has come close to Dr.Kelly! She goes above and beyond to try to get my medication approved through my insurance. She treats me so kindly and with compassionate. I never feel judged and I feel like I FINALLY found someone who truly listens. Thank you so much for helping me in my life!
