Recently went here and immediately got greeted with comforting smiles, didn't make a single conversation negative and made me feel uplifted and calm throughout my experience. Very rare to find companies that treat you like family from the first look, I felt safe and welcomed immediately. I had such a wonderful, peaceful and well informed experience here! I had an IUD placed after having not been on birth control and was a little nervous having heard stories of painful IUD insertions, but Helen and the other employees made sure I was completely informed and comfortable and provided pain relief so that I felt minimal discomfort at most. Not painful or scary at all! They were so sweet and I felt so comfortable and empowered. Couldn’t recommend more!
This is the most welcoming clinic I have been to, the entire staff is amazing. I initially was very nervous to get an IUD due to the discourse online, but my experience couldn’t have been easier and was completely painless with the pain management they offered me! Thank you!!
I went here to get my IUD replaced and it was such a calm experience. The front desk lady was great, the provider Helen was amazing. Very knowledgeable. I was extremely anxious about the pain medication but Helen was patient and talked me through it all and eventually I was able to “let “ her inject the pain medication and I didn’t even feel it.
