This place is a rip off, especially if you have other health concerns like diabetes, the doctor here will try to make you take as many unnecessary coverages as possible if you have it. Also, she makes you go to specific eye care specialists in Brookline that is difficult to schedule for. Their glasses staff also tries to force you to buy the most expensive glasses they have, and get really condescending when you don't. Don’t go here. You will wait forever to be seen and then you will be pigeonholed into purchasing glasses and contacts through them. They refuse to give you a written prescription for either to get it elsewhere. They try to bribe you with the incentive. There’s a massive rebate for contacts and then it’s absolutely impossible to fill out the information required online to because it must only be for ophthalmologist that understand the terminology. Ultimately you pay full price for the contacts. And then you overpay for frames... read more
Salena was professional , polite - came in to have lenses changed out - wasnt sure if I could have it done because I’m not a customer, but she was very sweet and accommodating - very efficient -
