I put a $1600 down payment on a small project 27 months ago. Still has not been started. Another summer come and gone. I am beyond angered and disappointed with this scam business.
We paid these guys $6K down payment for underdecking (it's a large deck) two years ago. They continually said they were having supply chain issues and never performed the service, but they won't refund our money and won't return our calls. Guess I'll need to go to small claims court.
