The project manager, “Nies,” was exceptional. After a tornado devastated our neighborhood, we were overwhelmed with hundreds of contractors knocking on our doors. Nies stood out as the only contractor who treated us like more than just a potential client after our house was damaged. He and his team diligently fought with the insurance company to ensure that all our needs were covered. The work they completed was not only impressive but also completed in a remarkably short time.
Great to work with. No one wants to have hail damage and have to deal with insurance. Brandon was our project manager, and it was so easy to work with, and made everything very manageable. Hopefully we won't have hail damage any time soon, but if we do, I will certainly call them again. :)
Brandon was my contact through the whole process start to finish. He was very easy to get a hold of and answered all my questions throughout each project. I am very happy with all the work I got done. Thanks again Brandon.
Brandon did an excellent job with my roof, and even worked directly with my insurance to get me the best possible replacement. The crew did an incredible job and had everything replaced and cleaned in 1-1/2 days. I highly recommend All Exteriors for my next roof replacement.
