Purchased '09 Bentley Arnage. Paid in full June 28, 2017. Waited 6 weeks for seat belt tensionor to be replaced, then shipped vehicle without any other promised repairs being done, despite several emails and phone promises. Received the vehicle in Southern California on August 17th. There were about 5 fixes promised at that time, none other than the seat belt was repaired. Gorgeous cars...impeccable service. One of the few locally owned car businesses with integrity. I love how involved in the community they are. We found them when they allowed us to park there for the Christmas parade.
