Unorganized and expectation is that your maintenance(maintain your weld machine) as well as as welder as well as a welder/fitter the people make the place worth working at even if management are cheap. And with your comment here, I imagine I won't be receiving a T4 for the 3 weeks I worked there. I'll be sure share this with the CRA
