We have not used these guys yet but I rang for a quote and some advice and Travis was brilliant, knowledgeable, helpful and generous with his time so we will use these guys for the two diesels in our family.
After 3 separate chances to help a new to truck owning person, I gotta say their customer service/treatment is horrible, particularly Travis. Stone cold demeanor plus he missed a really easy fix after being told detailed symptoms and what had already been eliminated as the problem. Don't get me started on their RWC work, that's even worse, $4500 and five weeks off the road, this year's was 2 items out of seven having validity.
