Really nice guy very professional did a good job on my neck
Wasnt keen at all after seeing previous physios and no results just wasted money but i can honestly say now the best thing ive ever done for my nerve pain the dry needling works wonders. James is very clued on and knows what his doing. Can honestly say i leave my appointments feeling better then i ever did. I allready recommend my friends and family and recommend you go see him you won't be disappointed. James actually cares and wants to help.
I had ongoing shoulder pain and restricted movement. After x rays & ultra sound my Doctor presented me with 3 options, surgery cortisone or physio, but doubted that physio would be particularly effective. I made an appointment with James, and in our first consultation really nailed where and what my issues were.Fast forward about 2 months and with the exercie program that James has provided I am so so so much better.
