We have come to an agreement, to complete the project as agreed upon.
I hired Joe, for a concrete project at my residence, 3 feet x 40 feet long. What started out as a good understanding of the project, has turned the corner in the other direction. He came to my house at 10:00PM , to collect $300 CASH before beginning, no contract, no proof of Insurance, nothing..... Then,,,, things turned BAD,, I will continue this review or update it, tomorrow if JOE contacts me (which he hasn't in over a week, after leaving this mess in my front yard...)
