Took a washing machine in for a new discharge hose. Paid the service fee but the Part Number for the new hose could not be found. Was asked to take my washing machine away which i did. Found a Part Number and hose myself and had it installed by others.
Great people! Office staff were lovely and very helpful. We then had Josh here twice in two days. First day, to diagnose the problem and the next day to replace the dead part. He did an awesome job and we're very pleased with the service from start to finish.
With very short notice (the day before) Josh turned up to do 3 electrical jobs for us. He was very professional, friendly and quick and the price was very affordable and way less than we thought it would be. I highly recommend Josh and this company. Thanks very much, Ruth and Greg, West Mackay.
