Customer service is exceptional. Communication is exceptional. Exceptional response time with the initial quote. They handled the necessary scheduling with Duke Energy and city / county inspection requirements. Power was restored ahead of schedule. Technicians were professional, courteous and the work passed inspection the first time. Overall, my interaction with the company exceeded my expectations. I recommend this company.
At the advise of my realtor, I hired this company to do some very simple repairs related to an inspection for the sale of a house. Communication with the company was difficult resulting in a number of miscommunications. Two individuals showed up and did not call till they were outside the garage when I stressed the need for 30 minutes notice prior to arrival since the house is vacant and I am 30 minutes away.
