Absolutely the worst customer service ever!! The technician overcharged me by an hour ($135) and when I spoke to the owner, Joe, he could not have been any nastier! Instead of trying to resolve the situation, he berated me (on the phone and in a text.). His tech Brock called me a psycho and told me "you are officially blacklisted." Very threatening! This was all because I inquired as to why I got charged for 3 1/2 hours when he was only here 2 1/2 hours!!! Tried saying that he was charging me for travel time. The business is... read more

I had a service panel upgrade done by these guys. The electrical work was fine. Passed inspection with no problem. The problem is the bill was more than 150% of the quoted amount! Talk about sticker shock!!!!
