Sorry guys today I got lied to by the technician. I came in complaing that recent service had caused the disc to rub consistently on the brake pad. He straight face told me that the disc brake should be rubbing and that was by design. He knew it was a lie and tried to just play it off because he didnt want to fix it and wanted me to just go away.
Very poor experience, when we picked up the bike we had dropped off for repair they charged us for two tires but had only repaired one saying they were keeping the other one for a future customer. The brake handle was also damaged and when we called to say that it was damaged they let us know that it was done before we dropped it off. The bike was new and the brake handle was working fine before we dropped it off. Now we are ordering a $50 piece for further repair.
