Rushed for the sale . Any queries was dealt with abrupt and rude answers . Not all happy the way I was dealt with . Management please make a note of your staff and your company . I am not thinking that made of wrong choice of going to this garage .
Great experience, had a test drive in my considered car BYD Dolphin Surf, nothing was too much trouble for my salesperson Mark Watkins very accommodating pointing out all of my options. Went in to look at the BYD Seal U DMi at BYD Stourbridge. Greeted by Mark Watkins who was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Mark showed me around the vehicle in the showroom explaining the tech levels and how they worked. Convinced by this I went back with my good lady who also found Mark welcoming and helpful. Would also say that the other members of staff are helpful and polite.
