The 'Waxpire Strikes Back'. This is now the second time I have seen Sam - however now very conveniently at the Elizabeth Vale office. I literally use my ears for work and I prefer microsuction. I have had plenty of traditional ear baths / kettle treatment before. When things came up that needed explaining Sam took the time to fill me in so I had a better understanding of and felt assured and relaxed. Nice and calm atmosphere. Beautiful office. No waiting. Easy and painless earwax removal (micro suction). Staff took the time to explain everything clearly and simply, especially ongoing care. Team seemed really experienced with both kids and adults.
