I called in, unannounced, for what I thought was a simple problem with my hearing aids. Brilliant attention - though check of both my hearing aids and ears. Report to my doctor, recommendations, and repairs. Could not ask for better, friendlier service.
Karen listened to the issues as to why I was not comfortable wearing my new hearing aids and then went through a step by step process to get a great outcome for me.
