I self referred to All Ears after receiving a diagnosis of Vestibular Neuritis and Vestibular Migraine, following on from Covid 19. My Audiologist was Mr Andriy Drypen, who conducted the tests and constructed my bespoke Rehabilitation Therapy. I was referred to All Ears back in January by One Ashford Healthcare. I was feeling very anxious but Andriy Drypen talked me through everything and put me at ease. I then had a number of visits as I was needing hearing aids and again he was very patient with me, allowing me to take my time and ensured I chose the right aids for me. I would highly recommend, thank you for listening and not pushing when my anxiety was high and just being so so patient. I have my life back thank you :-)
Andriy is very knowledgeable and compassionate about all things hearing. I had tried hearing aids in the past without success. I now have top shelf hearing aids that are tailored made to fit my ears and a quality of sound I never thought you could get from a hearing aid. Getting used to hearing aids can be challenging, but it’s reassuring to know Andriy is there to answer any queries I have on my journey to better hearing. Thank you!

Very professional service, helped our 7 year old feel at ease. Our son had previous hearing issues and needed to rule his hearing out so they could continue with tests at school.
