My experience at All Ears in Hearing was excellent. Windy is a great communicator — patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She also helped me get the referral. The audiologist did a great job cleaning my ear wax and performing the hearing test. My left ear canal is very narrow, which makes things tricky, but her hands were very steady and the whole process felt gentle. Their equipment is much better than another clinic nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. They explained every detail of the testing and made me feel very comfortable through the entire process.
Highly recommended I had a blocked ear. The staff was friendly, easy book in, prompt response and easy accessibility. My issue was solved with care. Made me feel comfortable and not anxious.
We had a wonderful experience today for my young son. Wendy was extremely helpful from the moment we parked up opening the front door and engaging with my son to make him feel comfortable. Rachel was super patient with him and just made the experience so smooth for us all. I was not expecting him to be so compliant but everyone went above and beyond for our appointment. Highly recommend.
