I saw Mini Gupta for my tinnitus and unfortunately I was really disappointed with the experience. I paid a lot of money hoping for some genuine help, but I didn't feel I got much out of it. What bothers me most is that CBT wasn't offered or even discussed with me, despite it being one of the better supported approaches for managing tinnitus distress. Mini Gupta is a wonder women. I lost hearing and ended up with hyperacusis and extreme sensitivity to sound. I could not even go out much and isolated myself at home. I flew down to Melbourne to be seen by Mini and she is so good at explaining why everything in my head was not working correctly and how she could help me with the Sound Therapy and new hearing devices.
