I have only the best things to say about All Ears. Mark Selis fitted my hearing aids several years ago but his dedicated service never stops. I do not live year round in Sarasota so when I arrived several days ago from out of the country with a bad sinus infection and loss of hearing in one ear, I immediately called Mark and he agreed to see me that same day. Mark is very knowledgeable about hearing aids and other related equipment. He has helped me and my wife with our hearing problems. He clearly answers all of our questions.
Great experience! After almost a year in the Army, I needed better hearing protection made for me. Mark sat down with me and asked questions to figure out exactly what I was looking for. The shot plugs were molded for my ears and have been working for me ever since at over 6 years now. Highly suggested for anyone in the military or that likes to shoot frequently.
I was experiencing some minor issues with my hearing so I proactively wanted to get it checked out. I know so little around audiology and haven’t been assessed in years; it would be an understatement to say I wasn’t sure where to start. the personnel are very friendly and knowledgeable. i am having problems with my hearing aids and being at my summer place in jersey creates a problem. i really thought these problems could be resolved over the phone and adjusted by computer but that has not happened. i will make an appt when i know the date of my return and hopefully these problems will be resolved.
