I found David extremely knowledgeable which made the whole experience a lot easier. There were no sales pitch, just advice on what would best suit. Definitely recommend using All Ears.
Great experience, thought I had a wax problem, but it was actually a genuine hearing problem that I needed to be referred to ENT at Kings Mill. All done quickly & professionally for nowt.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. They are patient and understanding Nothing is too much trouble.
A bit of difficulty with an aid not working after 3 years of use. I expected the aid would have to go back to Starkey but David fixed it and it was back with me next day. Excellent service. I am really pleased.
