I found David extremely knowledgeable which made the whole experience a lot easier. There were no sales pitch, just advice on what would best suit. Definitely recommend using All Ears.
Great experience, thought I had a wax problem, but it was actually a genuine hearing problem that I needed to be referred to ENT at Kings Mill. All done quickly & professionally for nowt.

A bit of difficulty with an aid not working after 3 years of use. I expected the aid would have to go back to Starkey but David fixed it and it was back with me next day. Excellent service. I am really pleased.
I contacted all ears hearing via their website on Sunday evening regarding my elderly father . He had told me over the phone that his left hearing aid had stopped working and he was struggling to hear . I asked for an appointment on either Wednesday or Thursday when I would have been able to take my dad to a clinic .
