The technician was thorough and knowledgable. She took special care to listen to my experience and adjust the hearing aids to match my requirements.
I was treated with respect and all my needs were met.
Excellent service and product.
I have been having problems with the volume output and Adam and Lorinda were kind enough to help me out by scheduling an appointment prior to the normal business's hours as the rest of the week was booked. Problem was solved. This practice always manages to go out of their way to help.
