They are incredibly helpful! I needed quick assistance with my hearing aids, and the front desk lady Mrs Kim was incredibly helpful. Mrs. Julie, the audiologist, also provided quick assistance with my hearing aid tube without any questions. I highly recommend that anyone who needs hearing aids or any other assistance get them Go to Mrs. Julie; she is very sweet and friendly.
Kim, the receptionist is sooo sweet. She has such a positive and vibrant spirit. As well as Mrs.Marsh. It was tough to get the confirmation that my baby girl has hearing loss in one of her ears. She’s the first in my family to receive such a diagnosis. But Mrs. Marsh was very encouraging and provided me with resources to help my babygirl be as comfortable as she can while navigating this world as she ages. Julie was amazing. Front desk answered first call I ever made as soon as building opened. Julie was able to remain calm and deal with my toddler who wasn’t ok with having their ears checked, this wS the second place I had to visit but she was able to keep him more calmer than usual and perform an amazing hearing test that produced great results! Thanks again
Today's appointment was GREAT. Definitely worth a 30min drive. My son is Autistic and hearing tests are impossible to get done. Dr.Julie Cordell was amazing! She was thorough, kind, patient,and understanding. She sat down on the floor with my son trying to get him comfortable. You don't see that often. It was the calmest I've seen him.
