Carol is professional, experienced, compassionate, kind, always ready to help no matter how often I come in. She is great at listening to my issues and solving them. The hearing aids she chose for me are great. And she solved my tinnitus problem!
I had some severe hearing loss and tinnitus problems, requiring a broad knowledge of otology (thats hearing stuff). I had severe Tinnitus since July 4, 1995 when a firecracker exploded in my ear. Accompanying the pain of ear drum damage and some hearing loss was depression and anger. I was a tinnitus patient at the All Ears Hearing Center for approx. 2 years. My tinnitus was having a devastating effect on every aspect of my life, as well as my wifes.
