I don’t think they even cleaned the ducts. There was no noticeable difference in air quality or dust levels, and they didn’t show me any before-and-after photos. I feel like I got ripped off.
Technicians showed up hours late with no notice. I had taken time off work for this appointment. When they finally arrived, they seemed rushed and unprepared.
After they left, I found dust, debris, and even insulation chunks all over my house. They didn’t bother to clean up after themselves. Completely unprofessional.
