Very responsive. I got a quick call after I left a message. They worked with my tenant to arrange a convenient time for the appointment. They were able to troubleshoot the issue quickly and offered both short-term and long-term solutions.
The entire cleaning took less than 20 minutes, which made me question how thorough it really was. It felt like they were just trying to finish quickly and move on to the next house.
They advertised a full-system cleaning, but only cleaned a few vents and left the rest untouched. When I complained, they said the “full system” only includes certain parts. Totally misleading.
After the service, my home was filled with a strong chemical odor that lingered for days. They didn’t mention anything about using harsh products, and it triggered my allergies.
After the cleaning, I didn’t notice any difference in air quality. It felt like they just rushed through the job without doing a thorough inspection or cleaning. Waste of money.
