All Dry Waterproofing completed work in my basement in 2008. This included a 25 year warranty. I am having water issues on my floor where this work was completed. I have sent three emails, left two voicemails, and filled out the online contact request form and have received no response. This has been over the span of weeks. I do not know if the source of the present issue is related to the work done, but I expect at least a call back to discuss and this has not happened.
Rick and his workers are the best. I’ve owned two home with seemingly unfixable water leakage issues. All-Dry (Rick) assessed the issues, identified the problems, and gave us permanent fixes at both homes. I’d never use anyone else. Ever.
