We had All Dry come to clean up our flooded basement and they were absolutely phenomenal! Brandon and Justin were both very thorough about what needed to be done, how it needed to be cleaned, and sent us and our rental company the information we needed so that we had it all in hand. We had a fantastic experience with All Dry! We found them to be much more cost effective, high integrity, and transparent vs. other providers. They provided a timely estimate for our basement water entry/mold remediation, and did an amazing job executing the work in just 2 days. This included spot remediation, HEPA vacuuming of walls/floors, and encapsulating walls. When I was given an estimate from All Dry for removal of black mold from our basement, virtually every detail of the process was explained to me. The estimate was very reasonable, well below local competitors, and they could get us on the schedule right away. When Justin arrived to remove the mold, he explained what he was going to do and when he was finished I was very impressed with the job he did. No more black mold! I would highly recommend All Dry and if the need arises again we will definitely give them a call.
