Incredibly responsive, Jeremy’s professionalism is second to none! Thank you so much for the job you did.
The first time I used "All Dry" they helped me remediate some attic mold in my own home which I was trying to sell. They were fantastic: timely, friendly, curteous, fair, honest, knowledgeable, and efficient. The second time I used "All Dry" they gave me excellent advice about a rental house I was trying to sell. They were fantastic again! They displayed all the above qualities PLUS they gave me invaluable advice!
Jeremy is very responsive and came out very quickly. He went over and above to alleviate my concerns and to get to the root issue. I’ve already sent his info to a friend in need. He had to come out often and always showed up when he said he would. I've used the "green van guys" before and you never seem to deal with one person and have to re-explain your situation. With Jeremy its him answering the phone and getting to the job site. I like knowing who will be at my door.
Never explained to me that they didn't do the repair. So in essence they do not provide a full restoration service. Look elsewhere for that kind of service.
