I'm writing this review in hopes of helping others who are frantically searching for a restoration company. Let’s start with the scheduling process. Long story short: they said they could arrive earlier than expected—but they never did. Then they showed up later that same day, unexpectedly, when I wasn’t available. Kirk was all around the best. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and came in and got the job quickly! He deserves a raise and acknowledged for being such a great asset to your team.

Fast and friendly service. Kirk was awesome! He came out quickly on a holiday to help us out when the washing machine drain overflowed. He helped us get the floors dried quickly, and we ended up being able to save them.

I recently had water damage to my house due to shower leak. All Dry Services of Sacramento was able to come out on the same day I called to provide an estimate. Emiliano and Frank did a great job. They clearly explained the scope of the work and how long the process will take. They were very responsive to my questions via text and phone calls. They even replied to my calls and text during after hours and over the weekend. Thank you for all your good work!
