Called All Dry after having two other services look at problem created by leaking refrigerator hose. Ed Smith the General Manager arrived within an hour of my phone call. After inspection he determined that damage was not as severe as previous companies suggested. Technicians came and placed machines to dry affected areas. After 4 days technicians removed machines. My affected spaces are all dry. Competent, highly professional and not trying to suggest problem is worse than it is. Completely satisfied.
I am eternally grateful to this team! They come in and know exactly what they're doing. The EXPERIENCE is evident. I was kept completely in the know; explaining what they would do before doing it, showing me as they went from task to task. It made me feel in control in the middle of a crisis.
