This company really let our family down when it came to mold remediation and water damage. Their communication was horrible, there would be days where they just wouldn’t show up, and they didn’t finish the job correctly (they were supposed to send a sample of our floors to the insurance company. Even after several reminders and them telling us over and over that they did send the sample, they didn’t. This put our repair schedule behind schedule even more). I had a pipe leak and a shower drain crack that caused my bathroom flood and into my closet. Logan came out right away and got all of the water up. Then he got me set up with fans and a dehumidifer. He recommended a wonderful plumbing compay that got the leak taken care of the very next day. The drain couldnt really be repaired so it had to be taken out. Logan and his crew got the shower and tub taken care of in a very timely manner so that the contractor could start the rebuild. Highly recommend All Dry!!
Update: Fantastic customer service Recovery skills, Sure wish had some persuasive people like that working at my workplace. Job was completed, partially… mitigation work done, not sure who did the demolition, but my friends said a small hole was made bigger and now I need a contractor to rebuild my garage. Fingers crossed I hope I get an independent contractor to fix and design my garage..
