I was very happy with the whole process from sales to install. The sales man was not pushy and was knowledgeable, even noting how this project would impact and help future projects on the house. The install team started promptly, worked quick but professionally, and finished ahead of schedule. VERY happy with the improvements to our home!
A couple of years ago, All Dry installed a wall reinforcement and subpump system in our below-grade garage. It saved our house from a collapse during hurricane Hellene. Best home improvement investment we ever made. These folks do quality work.
Making an appointment was very easy. The technician was very friendly and cordial. I enjoyed talking with him and he wasted not a minute, stayed with task and was finishing very quickly
The guys got right to the task and did a thorough check.
The young man who came out to relocate my dehumidifier and do annual maintenance on it was very courteous and did his work well. I had thought that moving the dehumidifier would be too big a job for one man but he handled it very competently.
