We had an awesome professional experience with All Dry Basement throughout the entire process. After scheduling our foundation inspection, I received an email with the name, photo, and brief bio on our inspector, Doug Forsthoff. Doug was thorough and obviously very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain his findings and address my questions and concerns. Todd is amazing and super knowledgeable! We’ve been using his company since we bought our house and feel like we’re in the best hands with All Dry. They’ve done a great job and are always happy to explain how things work, and offer helpful improvement suggestions to increase the longevity of our home and basement. Definitely the people to hire if you’re looking for experienced service and fair pricing!
DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They install items then won’t follow up on maintenance. They are only interested in the money. They will charge you for labor hours not worked. The workers will show up late, take long lunches, and leave early. However, they will charge you for a full days work. I naively paid because I thought the work they did LOOKED great, the workers were kind, and Todd (the owner) seemed pleasant. Todd was incredibly responsive and accommodating! He came out the day after I called to give me a quote and had the job done within a timeline I was very grateful for. He helped me out a lot, and I’d choose his company again. Thank you Todd and crew!
My home inspector discovered standing water (a LOT of it) and mold in the crawlspace of the house I was looking to buy, I was crushed, but he assured me it could be taken care of. My realtor arranged for All Dry and one other company to come take a look and give an estimate and I went with All Dry. Todd was amazing to work with. VERY responsive.
