Overall, my experience with this company was very disappointing. After receiving an estimate for work in our basement and paying the deposit, it took nearly four months before the job was finally scheduled and completed. I had to repeatedly follow up just to get updates. When I was eventually given an installation date, I took time off work—only to have no one show up. First time dealing with this company and very satisfied. Had some Spaulding ( flaking ) of the outside of my concrete foundation. Had corrective action done by a previous company a couple years ago that didn’t hold up. Takes to “ Todd “ who explained what was going on and recommended the service needed to repair it. Work was done in a couple days and back yard was cleaned up very well. Time will tell if this holds up long term but I’m optimistic that it will. Thanks guys for a job well done.

We had an awesome professional experience with All Dry Basement throughout the entire process. After scheduling our foundation inspection, I received an email with the name, photo, and brief bio on our inspector, Doug Forsthoff. Doug was thorough and obviously very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain his findings and address my questions and concerns.
