Got to say, I couldn't be happier with the customer service here, their wealth of knowledge they share, the patient explanation, the attention to detail, the honest opinions and the repairs done so well... every time ! Have been confidently bringing my XV here for some years now.... never been disappointed. Always a pleasure when dealing with Rob and Thomas and their team. Well done guys

I was referred to All Drive Subaroo by a mechanic in Northern NSW to enquire with some highly technical questions about engine internals. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to help. I've called a few times since, with questions specific to Subarus, and each person I spoke to was highly expert. Would love to make my way to All Drive Subaroo for an engine rebuild in the future.
Super easy to deal with and knowledgeable too. Ordered a level 2 motor to replace my old tired ej251 along with associated parts, it arrived promptly and is noticeably smoother than the old one. The whole process was straightforward and well explained.
Couldn't be happier with All Drive Subaroo. From the 1st phone call Tomas was polite, helpful with a wealth of knowledge he helped me through supplying an exchange engine for my 09 Forester and also chased some other parts for me when I couldn't find them myself. When you go there all the staff put the customer 1st and are happy to help. What a wonderful , knowledgable , professional outlet for all Subaru needs. Thank you guys. Mick S.
