Terrible customer service. As a customer who has been without water for 2 weeks , they sent me a quote for the job almost two weeks after the initial visit . Aside from that I had to make multiple calls just to get a receipt of any sort to submit to the insurance company . Finally when they did “ send it” they had my email and all of my information incorrect. It’s hard enough as a homeowner going through something like but this company did NOT make it any easier . I do not recommend .

The technician, Brian, was a lifesaver for our company today! He came into the funeral home, (which is not always the most comfortable atmosphere for someone who doesn't work regularly in that environment), was pleasant, professional, and very efficient. He's definitely an asset to this company and the overall experience was positive from the first call with the office to the end. The price was also very fair and affordable for an urgent service!
