Contacted you to clean out a drain and in the process you destroyed a floor drain and would not repair it. Had to call another plumbing company to come out and fix this mess. Paid $2470 to fix the mess. Very unhappy. Will never use your services again.
While waking up in the middle of the night to clean up water in my basement on the eve of my birthday wasn't ideal, Joe showed up and fixed our problem and explained thoroughly what was going on, the process he was taking, and what we can expect in the future/steps to take. I was able to spend the rest of my day worry free thanks to his quick repair. Joe was very professional and I would recommend his services with this company any day.
Technician came and was polite,friendly. He took care of our problem fast. Highly recommend! Said if have any problems within 30 days call and they will come back no charge.
Hope was courteous when answering my Monday morning 8am call and scheduled Joe to come out to address a drain clog. Joe was at the house within 1-1/2hrs and had the pesky clog cleared within 40 minutes. Timely and professional.
I call these this company to have a drain unclogged, the person I spoked to told me that the price would be $256.00 per hour, but if it did not take an hour, it would be less. The person that came to do the work was here for less than a half hour. I was still charged $256.00. Which means that they lied to me. Do not use this company for afterhours service.
