I can't recommend this company enough. I had been waiting almost 3 days with a clogged drain from my shower. My home warranty could not get a service call dispatched for me. I finally called All Drain. Their technician Joe, was at my house and had the issue taken care of in less than an hour!!! Also gave me a 30 day guarantee plus charged me less than my home warranty provider wanted for a service call. AAAAAAA++++++ rating!!!!
Called them about a rental property. They stayed outside, cleaning the sewer line out to the street. They said they found a clog 75 feet out. They charged me $128. That's a good price, but the problems continued. I called them back. They send they would return but I don't know if they did. The problem persisted. Contacted you to clean out a drain and in the process you destroyed a floor drain and would not repair it. Had to call another plumbing company to come out and fix this mess. Paid $2470 to fix the mess. Very unhappy. Will never use your services again.
While waking up in the middle of the night to clean up water in my basement on the eve of my birthday wasn't ideal, Joe showed up and fixed our problem and explained thoroughly what was going on, the process he was taking, and what we can expect in the future/steps to take. I was able to spend the rest of my day worry free thanks to his quick repair. Joe was very professional and I would recommend his services with this company any day.
Technician came and was polite,friendly. He took care of our problem fast. Highly recommend! Said if have any problems within 30 days call and they will come back no charge.
