Shane showed up when he said he would. He diagnosed the problem and repaired quickly and had the unit cooling. Highly recommend All Done.
Horrible response time takes hours to reply to texts or calls the unit that was purchased froze shortly after purchasing 🤬 i have absolutely nothing good to say about the communication or service

Had an appointment with this company but they never showed up for the appointment nor called me. Call back again the following day heard nothing but excuses and still never showed up nor call me back again. Now the company has ghosted me and will not return my calls. Worst hvac company I've ever dealt with before. Very bad business practices.
