Kim is a lifesaver! She is so sweet and truly takes the time to understand your vision and goals. She made the recommendation for a hard water treatment because we are on well water and my hair has never felt better. My hair looks healthier and shinier than ever! Would recommend to anyone looking for a local, caring hair stylist!

This is no shade to the stylist at all, but rather feedback on the customer service experience, which was disappointing given how highly I’ve spoken of this salon to friends and in local groups like Annapolis Moms. I’ve been a loyal client for about a year, coming in monthly. I previously had an appointment that I needed to reschedule due to work and did so five days in advance (well outside of their stated 48-hour policy) and I had already paid a $50 deposit.
