This is no shade to the stylist at all, but rather feedback on the customer service experience, which was disappointing given how highly I’ve spoken of this salon to friends and in local groups like Annapolis Moms. I'm always super cautious when picking a new place to get my hair done as a military spouse. I chose this place based off of their wonderful social media appearance, which I feel is important for seeking clients. I get my highlights done by Alana and I have never had my hair look and feel so good as it did,and continues to everytime I get it done, when done by Alana! I'll be so sad when I leave Maryland and have to let anyone else touch my hair! This salon has so many great artist with social media to show for it!
I’ve been salon hopping trying to find someone to help me begin blending my grey hair into my brown. After several attempts at other high end salons in town and way too many highlights I found Erica. She listened carefully and actually heard what I was saying in our consultation. When I returned for my appointment I could tell she’d put even more thought into what I wanted and made really reasonable baby step suggestions for a plan to achieve my goal. Kim, Kaycee and Erica turned my hair around after a horrible color nightmare and a horrible extension experience! My hair color is correct now, bright and smooth!! Thank you all for fixing this hair debacle!! The salon is all pink and black and so cute and welcoming! The staff is all incredible and fun to be around!!! Great products. Great advice!! 10/10!!!
