I am extremely disappointed with the care I have received at this office. I have had multiple terrible experiences here, and my most recent visit was the final straw. During my very first appointment, the dentist left the suction tool in my mouth and completely forgot about me for about 30 minutes. By the time someone came back, the suction had become stuck to the inside of my mouth, causing severe bruising, bleeding, and unnecessary pain. If i could give this place a lower rating I would. I’ve never been played in my face more than coming to this office. I came to this dental office after three years after my root canal because under my crown my tooth turned green/ grey. The dentist here told me it was “discoloration” and that it was normal because my crown is porcelain. I went to TWO different offices to get a second opinion and they stated that my root canal got infected and that the tooth is dead. DON'T GO HERE!! So I got my wisdom teeth out without being put under. Anyway, the first guy I got was very mean and not caring about me being in pain. His first words when I came in were don't take it out on me but some people get mad and he said someone said he was hurting them and they patients take it personally on him. I found this facility to be cold and uninformative. If you just want to sit down, shut up and let someone do whatever they want to you. Then this is the place for you. If you are a rational human being who likes to be informed on what lies ahead then visit a real dentist. The highlight of my experience was choking on my own blood, unable to breathe, literally forcing his hands off of me so I could sit up and choke in some air as he pats me on the back and tells me its OK that I swallowed my teeth because they are mostly roun... read more
