Placed a new system in but every time theres a problem with it, they want to charge me for parts and labor. Since theyre the only ones in ******************* that do that type of work in area, leads me to believe they take advantage of their position.

We purchased a house beach side and this company was hired to do the septic conversion. WE DID NOT HIRE THEM. The septic had to be replaced as part of the sale with the VA. They bid the job, and won..couldn't figure out how to get their equipment around the side of our house and told us WE had to notify the neighbors they would be digging up THEIR fence. The signed proposal stated the following: Exclusions: Permit, Sand, Underground obstructions, abandonments, sod, plumbing and electrical hookups, sprinkler lines, damage to any existing landscaping in drainfeld area, damage to any existing concrete/building structures (unless otherwise noted). The only way to put in a new septic tank and drainfield is to dig the yard. All Daytona Septic came to my house and told me tank was full and my pump was bad,Charged me a 1000 dollars to fix. A year half later my tank is full . Called them back to check it. They said tank was full and needed a new pump again. They said they don't warranty their work. Charged me another 900 dollars. John and Andrea were awesome to work with. Job was done in less time than anticipated. Price was exactly as stated in contract. Another company led me astray and wanted to charge more then contract had said. Thankfully I was able to cancel an go to all daytona septic. We just developed a problem with our pump. All Daytona arrived quickly, knew just what needed to be done and finished it super fast. Wow. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone that might need their services.

After this company put in my septic is when my problems began. They spread 2-3 inches of dirt all over my front yard. they apparently used the back how to pack the dirt down. They did not rake it. They smashed the dirt down firm. I am not talking about the area they had to dig up. That of course was covered back up with dirt. They spread it all over my grass front yard and left. Mr B****'s system was installed on a Thursday. He did not call our office until 8:30 pm the next day, Friday, to advise of any concerns/issues. The owner of the company went by his home around 10:30 am on Saturday to see the area of concern. After heavy rains, some terra cotta fragments were visible. I contracted with All Daytona Septic in the 2nd Quarter of 2017 for a completely new septic system. From the start, they were cordial and informative about their services and products. They guided me step-by-step through the installation, inspection, and maintenance process. DO NOT USE All Daytona Septic! They did give us the lowest bid for our drain field replacement. So we accepted it and waited almost 2 weeks. But when the installer arrived, his equipment was totally inappropriate for our yard - a huge bull dozer with a back hoe. He would have had to drive that huge thing over our vegetation and destroy our landscaping.
