I am very disappointed with this companys service and lack of communication. I specifically called to request an inspection to check for leaks in my unit, as required by my condo association. Over the phone, I was told there would be a $95 service fee. I agreed and scheduled the appointment, assuming that would cover the inspection.When the technician arrived, he informed me that the $95 was only for him to show up.
