We ordered a custom door with a locking handle which came out beautifully. Unfortunately, the tech who initially worked on our project wasn't familiar with the locking door handle and couldn't get it to work properly. The owners both worked with me to try and get the lock to work correctly over the span of a couple of months. I was withholding the balance due at this point.
