Do not pay this guy Jerry the money up front. I'm going on three months for what was supposed to be a three day job. Every time he comes over to the house (which is sometimes three days a week for an hour a day) there is a new excuse as to why the job cant be finished. very unprofessional, lying, manipulative and i feel taken advantage of.
