Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow. The staff should take a bow. Get it? Bow wow wow… Anyway… This place is amazing!! I have never encountered a veterinary office where EVERY single person was super warm, kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and genuine animal lovers. I would absolutely highly recommend. My experience: I received a coupon for a free initial basic exam so I called in to schedule an appt. I think I called on Monday and they had me scheduled by Wednesday. Dr. Adams and her staff are incredible. They are compassionate, personal and reliable. Our pup has had several emergencies and the staff has worked hard to get him seen day of. We've also have congenital issues with our dog and Dr. Adams provides information an a way that's easy to understand, while also providing options for our pet. She makes our timid dog feel comfortable during his visits. I can't recommend Dr. Adams enough.

Kind, communicative, and accommodating staff. My Frenchie was recently spayed and had nares surgery, they were amazing. It’s been three weeks and my pup is feeling better than ever
Where to start?! Previous 4 star rating has now slid to 1. Only 1 (very good) doctor on staff who is likely overworked. Limited hours. Closed on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Never pick up the phone. VCA "by our playbook" customer service. Some staff with little/NO empathy and NO proactive accomodation when client expresses concern about their pet's health. Seem more concerned about their own personal workhours versus accommodating a 30+ year client. Always overcharged on meds (send Rx to Safeway or Costco!) and outside lab ... read more
